2018 - SMART PLANT OF A NEW GENERATION
GRENECO presents new generation of automated Pyrolysis Plant. In the NEWS section you can see an overview video of "Maxi-Reactor" unit with a processing capacity of recycling 11 tons / day. All parts of equipment made in Europe. Metal parts production and Plant final assembling is organized at the machine-building plants of the Urals. The unit consists of 5 separate modules of high factory readiness in the dimension of motor transport with a total weight not more than 15 tons. The technological process of pyrolysis is automated and for unit with a single reactor (one module) only 2 employees are required for maintenance. Maintaining temperature and pressure is made fully automatically with manual control possibility. Data is displayed on the operator touch-screen panel. The automation control system allows to connect additional reading and control devices to the unit for the implementation of production plan monitoring and the accounting of products in online mode. The internal logistics of the plants is developed taking into account the years of experience in operating the unit. The movement of materials at the plant does not intersect, “dirty” production processes are located in separate zones. Before shipment of the equipment to the customer, its control assembly and interconnect of all modules at the factory is carried out. If necessary, test runs is carried out in pyrolysis mode. The control assembly of equipment is carried out in accordance with the scheme of technological placement this equipment for the territory of the customer. For equipment installation a level floor is sufficiently (the unit has its own carrier support) and construction work is not required. Installation time and readiness for equipment start-up is not more than 2 weeks. The kit of supply includes all the necessary components for the full production cycle without the use of lifting and transport equipment (in some cases it is desirable to have a forklift or a cantilever crane). Operation of the equipment is possible under a canopy, or in an unheated room (subject to the adoption of measures to prevent the freezing of circulating water). The Customer is provided with technical support and support in the design of the facility, it is also possible to design, supply and turnkey installation. The unit is delivery with a full package of accompanying technical documentation. Set and description the main modules of "Mini-Reactor" unit with a processing capacity of recycling up to 6 tons / day 1. The reactor module consists of following units: reactor drum of heat-resistant steel size Ø 1,9 х 6 m; heat insulation case with high temperature ceramic insulation; support frame; support rollers of the drum rotation and thrust rollers against axial displacement; gear drive; drive gear motor; oil burners; gas burners; gas and oil lines; combustion chamber with ceramic high temperature insulation; unit of sealed unload carbon residues from the axis of rotation of the reactor. 2. The loading module consists of the following units: press pusher with the possibility of changing nozzles and replacing partitions for various types of raw materials; 2 hatches in the end part of the reactor for loading of different-sized raw materials; compaction of raw materials with a force of 6 tons; 3. The flue gas removal module consists of the following units: chimney; wet scrubber; smoke exhauster. 4. Automation and electrics are made in the following functionality: operator's block module - a mobile insulated operator's cabinet with integrated power cabinets, equipped with Siemens electronics; terminal boxes on each equipment module; monitoring and control of coordinates of dynamic equipment devices; graphic visualization of technological process; display of errors / alarms on the screen and alarm; wide range of equipment operation adjustments; more than 50 algorithms for solving various situations and tasks; automatic temperature and pressure control; emergency stop of the pyrolysis process; tachograph for record of each pyrolysis cycle and all parameters of work; calculation of the volume raw materials and products processing; backup power supply. 5. The steel cord discharge module consists of the following units: reactor hatch of increased cross section for unloading the steel cord; closed box for dustless unloading steel cord and its transportation; traction device for extraction steel cord from reactor. 6. The condensation line module consists of the following units: heat exchangers for fractional condensation of pyrolysis oil, including separation of heavy fractions (bitumen, resins, asphaltenes); pyrolysis fluid collection tanks with level indication; fuel pump for transferring fuel to the tank; safety system, including shutters and flashback valves; stop valves, backup lines, sight glass; circulating water tank with cooling system; circulating water pump; cable line, electricity entry point; self supporting frame. 7. Gas pressure monitoring system, emergency relief of gases in case of emergency: external flare burner of injection type with the ability to work without electricity; gas rampa consisting of several duplicate pipelines; automatically system of maintaining a predetermined pressure interval by means of metered gas pressure relief on a flare burner and their combustion. The appearance of the unit as part of 2 modules   Unit parameters (per 1 module) Unit benefits possibility of recycling whole tires with a diameter up to 1700 mm; hermetic unloading of dry carbon residue without dusting; high quality of final products of processing: collection of pyrolysis oil separated by fractions, possibility of calcining carbon residue, separation of steel cord from carbon during pyrolysis, no smell of carbon residue; the safety of the technological process is ensured by low pressure in the system, a small amount of simultaneously recycled raw materials and an automated control system; low inertia of the heating and cooling process is provided by the use of materials with high thermal conductivity and aerodynamic properties of the furnace unit; high-quality materials and components: the reactor drum of heat-resistant steel rotates and heats evenly during pyrolysis (the temperature difference is about 40°C), which ensures a long service life. Lightweight and flexible high-temperature thermal insulation provides minimal heat capacity. Pumping, burner and automation equipment of EU manufacturers; the reactor is produced on high-precision equipment, which improves its quality, reduces beating and increases service life.; control assembly of all equipment at the manufacturing plant; the modular design and support frames of the unit ensures high mobility and no need for a special multi-level foundation. For the installation of equipment sufficiently smooth concrete pavement; backup lines and duplication of a number of devices are provided in the unit design which will allow to continue work in the event of an emergency with the equipment; the unit package delivery includes all actuators and components which necessary for operation (except for the tank for circulating water cooling the condensation line); quick the unit commissioning from the moment of contract conclusion; the payback period of the unit does not exceed 3 years; full package of technical documentation. Services and work Together with the supply of equipment we offer the following list of additional services: preparation of task for the facility design (technological equipment layout); the control assembly of the unit at the manufacturing plant and handing it over to the customer; installation supervision at the Customer’s facility; equipment start-up; staff training; maintenance and supply of spare parts.
